Remote Access & Cloud Backup

Overview

TransHub AI offers cloud-connected features for remote access and backup:

  • Remote Access: Control your desktop app from any web browser
  • Cloud Backup: Encrypted backup of your server configurations
  • Multi-device Sync: Sync settings across all your devices

These features require a TransHub AI account.

Setup

  1. Open TransHub AI on your desktop
  2. Go to Settings > Remote & Backup
  3. Click Sign In and enter your account credentials
  4. Enable the features you want

Account Creation

  1. Visit app.transhubai.com/signup
  2. Enter your name, email, and password
  3. Check your email for a verification link
  4. Click the link to activate your account

Remote Access

Once enabled, you can access your TransHub AI desktop app from any browser:

  1. Go to app.transhubai.com
  2. Sign in with your account
  3. Your paired devices appear on the dashboard
  4. Click a device to connect remotely

Device Pairing

  • Generate a pairing code from your dashboard
  • Enter the code in the desktop app to pair

Cloud Backup

Your server configurations are encrypted client-side (AES-256-GCM) before being uploaded. The server never sees your data in plain text.

  • Auto-sync: Every 5 minutes (only syncs if changes detected)
  • Version history: Up to 15 backup versions retained
  • What's backed up: Server configs, settings, SSH keys

Organizations (Business Plan)

Business accounts can create organizations for team collaboration:

  • Share server configurations across the team
  • Manage member access (Admin/Member roles)
  • Up to 3 members included, additional seats available
  • Organization-level encrypted sync
