Remote Access & Cloud Backup
Overview
TransHub AI offers cloud-connected features for remote access and backup:
- Remote Access: Control your desktop app from any web browser
- Cloud Backup: Encrypted backup of your server configurations
- Multi-device Sync: Sync settings across all your devices
These features require a TransHub AI account.
Setup
- Open TransHub AI on your desktop
- Go to Settings > Remote & Backup
- Click Sign In and enter your account credentials
- Enable the features you want
Account Creation
- Visit app.transhubai.com/signup
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the link to activate your account
Remote Access
Once enabled, you can access your TransHub AI desktop app from any browser:
- Go to app.transhubai.com
- Sign in with your account
- Your paired devices appear on the dashboard
- Click a device to connect remotely
Device Pairing
- Generate a pairing code from your dashboard
- Enter the code in the desktop app to pair
Cloud Backup
Your server configurations are encrypted client-side (AES-256-GCM) before being uploaded. The server never sees your data in plain text.
- Auto-sync: Every 5 minutes (only syncs if changes detected)
- Version history: Up to 15 backup versions retained
- What's backed up: Server configs, settings, SSH keys
Organizations (Business Plan)
Business accounts can create organizations for team collaboration:
- Share server configurations across the team
- Manage member access (Admin/Member roles)
- Up to 3 members included, additional seats available
- Organization-level encrypted sync
